I recommended this business to a friend to learn a language through their Pimsleur method. My friend signed up on a month-to-month basis but was charged for 12 months.

The company was unrelenting and would not provide a refund. I will not use them again nor recommend them.

This is a cold and calculating business that has deceptive and misleading conduct. Also, when asked to provide evidence that the 12-month scheme option was selected, they refused, which likely means they have no such evidence.

I signed up for a month-to-month Pimsleur language course, did not opt into an annual subscription but was charged for 12 months. They refused to provide the refund requested and refused to provide evidence that I opted into the 12-month scheme.

Don't deal with this company as they are dishonest and deceptive. Stay away from them.

Purchased a book by Jen Posaki, yet she lied in it and she knew she lied in it. Yet you still published it? Want my money back.

i have gone to costomer service about five time in the simon an schuster website an fill out the form asking questions, but never recive anything. I have 3 missing books from my order and there is no tracking number nor any information about the three other missing books. its about to be the 30 days since i ordered them.

Had to google contact info, invoice had no I do, emailed them and no response, called and was told they are running EXTREMELY slow, that someone ordered a product early Dec. and just now got it on 1/20/31, was given another number to call, called and had to leave msg, no call back, no response, very disappointed, ordered calendar 1/8/31 and no updates or status received, so far very disappointed
